I made request for jio fibre installation.After making payment I came to know that no port is empty for fresh connection.Why the concrened person not checked before starting the formalities.If a coustomer made payment in advance then why he will suffer.Daily I am getting mail and message from ur side for delay.I do not want to continue .I want my money back .Sensitize ur persons to deal with customers.
