I had to disconnect my Jio Fibre prepaid connection due to some issues. They were supposed to pickup the router and refund the security deposit of Rs 1500 after 3 days of disconnection. But, nothing happened. I called the toll free number multiple times and also lodged a complaint. Each time I was told that to wait and given a complaint number. Each time the complaint turned into resolved after 5days but no one came to pickup the router nor my money was refunded. The technicians say that they will only refund if I take another new connection. What spurious service is this. Kindly help Was this information helpful? |
