Jio Fibre — Worst service

I have been using jio fibre for more than year now but their turn around time at the time of complaint is extremely poor and they dont give a damn to what the customer is facing. All they are concerned about the payment in advance. They will not even give a grace period of a day when it cones to payment.

Its been more than 48 hours and my complaint has nit been resolved. All i get is the sms about service request and the assurance from the customer care.

I have been calling the customer care and i asked them to connect me with their seniors but they outrightly denied. I have not been able to work for the last three days as my internet is not working.

The worst part is that im using jio post paid also but their signal is the poorest.

This complaint is primarily against jio but we have tried all telecom services from vodafone, to idea, aircel, airtel doesnt hv their serice here. MTNL doesnt hv ports vacant. For god sake we are living in the capital of India and that too in south delhi and this is our condition we cant get a call through. Plz look into and take some action.
