I want my family to port out from jio, when I sent message from every number of my family which was connected with me as I had taken family plan in JIO postpaid. For port out to 1900, 1901 sent me a message, i.e., UPC cant generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance. When I call to jio regarding this they disconnect the call or hold me or play with me like
"I am transferring your call, then another person connect with and then he asked me the query and then he said the same, and continue like that, then disconnect my call.
TELL ME WHAT SHOULD I DO FOR UPC CODE. HOPE FOR QUICK RESOLUTION AS SOME EMERGENCY.
