I have logged a request for shifting the connection to my new address 10 days back but after lot many calls and multiple communication over mail, haven’t find a positive response and constantly asking multiple document without giving proper clarification on what’s wrong in the document submitted by me. My gas connection which is a govt body is also not demanding so many document while processing shifting of connection.
Request to help in pulling 100# refund of last pre paid bill along with setup box charges which they have taken while installation.
