Jio — haven't received data for data booster recharge

I have done 7 data booster recharges on 9th october through my jio app. Its been 20 days and i havent recived data or refund. Launched a lot of complaints with jio customer care but they are not helpful at all.

Jiofi number in which i did recharges. [protected]
Recharge date 9th october 9.23 pm
Recharge amount = 101 x 6 recharge 51 x 1 recharge

Jio calling number = 833484o573 rohit agarwal.

I recharged my jio number [protected] twice this week for 2gb per day plan of 198 rupees. one throught net nbanking and another through debit card option. both times the amount was deducted and recharge is not successfull. please help me resolvve this. i lost 396 rupees sofar
