My Jio AirFiber account is getting suspended again and again even though I have already paid advance ₹501 and recharged with ₹500. My account shows as postpaid, but the service goes into suspension within 1–2 days of activation.

Please refresh my account profile and correct the billing setup so that my service remains active without interruptions.
