- Location: Mission Compound, Jagtial, Telangana (505327)
- Plan: 100 Mbps
- Issue Duration: Since March 27, 2026 (10+ days)
Problem:
- Actual speed consistently between 10–30 Mbps
- Multiple complaints raised with no resolution
- Technician confirmed network limitation issue
- Complaint was falsely closed using OTP without resolution
- Customer support repeatedly gave false timelines and disconnected calls
Additional Issue:
- I am being forced to pay ₹1060 bill despite unusable service
- I am not allowed to discontinue or switch provider unless payment is made
Impact:
- I am an IT professional and have suffered financial loss due to inability to work
Request:
- Investigation into Jio's service failure
- Refund/compensation for affected period
- Action against false complaint closure practices
- Permission to discontinue service without penalty
This is a clear case of service deficiency and unfair billing.
