I am raising a complaint against JioFiber installation service due to repeated unprofessional behavior and poor customer handling.
Despite having a previous bad experience with the installation team, I decided to proceed again based on assurance from sales representative Mr. Tukuram Gowda, who was professional.
However, the installation team has once again behaved in an unacceptable manner. I received a call from Rohith ([protected]), who had previously shown the same attitude during an earlier request. It is shocking that no action has been taken even after earlier complaints.
The installation team behaves as if customers have no option and shows complete disregard for customer concerns. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
I have paid ₹2222 for the installation. Due to this repeated negative experience, I requested cancellation and refund, but no proper resolution has been provided.
This clearly shows lack of accountability and failure to take action on repeated complaints.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will proceed with further escalation through TRAI and Consumer Court.
I request:
1. Immediate cancellation of installation
2. Full refund of ₹2222
