From the past several months I am getting very very slow speed of internet. I have complaint on their social media channel as well as on their customer care helpline number. every time they stop me from switching to other company and promise to resolve the issue in 48 or 72 hours. But now the situation of internet has been worse at my location and they have stopped responding. I can't even work due to this issue.
