I have applied for jio fiber connection with full payment of rs.2500 and they told me that my connection will be installed within a day or two and today its already 10 days and the connection is not installed and they always tell that there are unavoidable technical reasons.
When you ask them about call to their supervisor, they simply refuse saying nobody is available and sales executive whom i paid stop picking the call.
This is just a mental harassment for a customer when they call each day to get the same answer. Was this information helpful? |
