I wish to complain about the jio wifi connection which was installed on 7th may 2020 at my home. The payment was made on the very same day and i am attaching screenshots of the transaction being successful. Your executive has just been delaying the activation of wifi citing irrelevant reasons like payment not being processed. Two days ago i got a call stating the payment has been received but my connection is still inactive. This is very troublesome.
As a customer, i believe this is very unfair and did not expect this from a reputed company like yours.
I have sent a lot of emails, messages, and called helpline numbers for support. None addressed to my issue.
I look forward to hearing from you asap.
Either activate my connection or initiate a refund of inr 3, 502.
