I ordered laptop on October 1st 2022 from Jio Mart site. Delivery date is October 6th. From Oct 6th onwards status showing shipped and arriving next days date. There is no proper communication from support team.
I raised complaints and called to support team. But there is no proper response. I requested to cancel order. They are saying once delivered item that time only we can cancel. I dont know when can get my item. Everyday i'm getting irritated due to this issue. Can you please help me to resolve this issue.
