I placed an order on 20th Dec, the estimated delivery date was 22nd December. When I checked their app on 22nd Dec, the delivery date changed to 23rd December, again when I checked on 23rd Dec delivery date changed to 24th Dec.
I even called Jio Mart's customer care, they don't provide proper response or update about the order.They say that they'll take your complaint and within 24-48 hours it will get resolved, but it has been more than 7 days since I placed the order. Customer care executives are being very irresponsible they don't even know the status of the order, they say that you need to wait, you'll get your order as soon as possible. There is no proper information on why the order is getting delayed. Despite calling them for 5-7 times, I'm totally fed up by their response. Kindly look into this matter and resolve at the earliest.

I have purchased electric kettle from jio Mart application but delivered product wasn't working so I requested for return on same day .. after 2 days later, I got a phone call from jio Mart .. they talk about my return and I request them for return.. but after the call, I received a message that my return was rejected ! I was socked .. please help me

These people haven't given me any answer yet. No refund has been given nor have I received my parcel. I am mentally disturbed since 1 month and these people have wasted a lot of my time due to which my studies have become very difficult and I am very upset because of my studies. Now I want that strict action should be taken against them.
I want a claim 4x of total amount because I have wasted a lot of time. I have lost my mind. I don't understand what you mean. what am i doing What am I saying because how can I give so much money. I am student How did I arrange so much money and these people are not understanding.

I have Too many Calls and Email Regrading Refund Amount in Jio Customer care Service But No one Executives and Escalation Team will provide Satisfactory Answer In that Case Why I am suffering

I had purchased iPhone 13 from your website Jio Mart but order automatically cancelled same day on 30 September. when i called customer care they told me these is system issue. and they initiate refund and it will take 7 working days but now its been 31 days still i'll not get refund from them. How long i have to wait? You people not refunding my money... it almost 35 days got over. Think from customer side, how it will get depress for me. Why you were not refunding my money, what wrong with jio mart finance team. Who will pay my credit card bill. The amount was huge rs139900. Here after how ill believe jio mart. Raised complaints many times, But u were not turning up. It's already one month and above. If i called u ... you saying finance team working on it, I don't know what is there working for one month time. Is there anything difficult to work out? Even I raised many complaints thru mail also. You people not replying me properly. After one month also you saying the same answer, repeatedly asking me to wait for 24hours. I am waited for many 24hours. But still I dint received my refund. If you be like this, will take severe action against jio mart. It's a huge amount rs139900. You people made me so much depressed. Very worst service I ever faced such type of service in my life time.

Total Amount - 1379.00
I received the goods on[protected]Sunday) around 8.30pm. . They delivered me 1 Kg Good Life Refine Oil instead of 5 kg fortune Refine Oil. I have already lodged a complaint against them in their portal but they are making fake promises and did not take any initiative yet. I will be waiting for your Answer.

We have ordered a refrigerator on 28/09/2022.
On 29/09/2022 there was a price drop of the same refrigerator.
We request JIO to reduce the price of the refrigerator we already ordered but they said that cannot be done. Hence, we planned to cancel the order as JIO did not offer us price drop benefit.
But there was no option to cancel as the product was already out for delivery. When contacted the customer care to cancel the delivery, they asked us to deny the delivery and the same will be updated as cancelled. We did the same on 30/09/2022 when the product was to be delivered by the delivery person. But till date the order status has not been updated as cancelled rather they are just changing the delivery dates and not refunding our money also. Order no.[protected]A.

I ordered laptop on October 1st 2022 from Jio Mart site. Delivery date is October 6th. From Oct 6th onwards status showing shipped and arriving next days date. There is no proper communication from support team.

Jio Mart has not refunded.

There was short delivery for 2 items in an order placed by me in June 22.

Jio Mart said they had processed the refund amount and provided me ARN Number. This amount is still not credited to my card account. I had also checked with my card account by providing them the ARN number. They said amount is not received from from JIO Mart.

I have complained many times to Jio Mart but, every time they say "We have processed the refund and it will be credited in 2 working days."

I had even mailed to"[protected]@jiomart.com". Still i get same reply from Jio Mart.

It is about order number[protected]A which i ordered on 3rd august 2022. I have cancelled the order on the same day and i have got the refund of the money that were used but i have not got the refund of supercoins. my 548 supercoins were used in this order which i have earned after so much of shopping from flipkart i haven't got them back yet... Jiomart collaborated with flipkart & made an offer at that time to do the payment using Flipkart coins.. i was not aware of it before i ordered when i got aware of it that my coins has been deducted so i cancelled the order but they haven't refunded my coins yet..it has been more than a month i am fed up of emailing and calling the jio mart they always say that they will give the refund kindly wait..but still they have not refunded.. kindly look into it and resolve it as soon as possible.

But sir jio mart se mujhe trust thha ki iddhar essa koi product mujhe nhi mil skta jo nearby expiry ho ya kuch bhi isiliye mene check nhi kiya thha or sir point toh yeh hai ki jab mene usko purchase kiya thha toh unhi ki kisi staff member ne mere se request ki or boli sir issh face wash par off (discount) chal raha hai ap le jayiye isiliye yeh bhi ek wajah thhi jisse mene check nhi ki expiry or jab return krne gaya toh wahi staff mana kr rha hai ki return nhi hogi sir...

I have ordered for alloes shampoo..buy i received a wrong product. I want to exchange the wrong product.. i have triec to connect with their customer care no but they are not responding to any calls and mails .kindly do the needful

Two formal ordered on 6.7.2022, delivered on 11.7.2022 and returned on the same date i.e. 11.7.2022 (due to size) Price Rs.1144/- I have complained about it many times in whatsapp, email and phone. But yet it is not refunded.

We placed an order to Jio mart on 20 July 2022 with Order Number[protected]A. The packed received intact and hence paid the amount to the delivery boy as the order in COD category.
After opening the packet, we found that the blank packet of said item; Insight Cosmetics Liner Express Eye Pen 1.5 gm was not placed in a given slot. I took a picture and send it to joi mart customer care. Now Jio mart registered my complaint and misled us that we have not paid so no refund can be given. We were shocked to see such a response from a reputed firm.
Please help us to get back my paid money for this item from Jio mart. We ensure that we never purchase anything from Jio mart in life. It is my last mistake.

That next day[protected] morning i am download invoice bill on barcode through my other mob no-[protected] phone pay scan automatically shown jio mart b2c and amount 1582 because i pay amount 1582 rupees
but[protected] delivery boy afternoon come to my home not give those items because he took us back that the money we had paid had not arrived & cancell the order

I have Ordered an Item 21st june2022 for Coconut Tender Premium and on 22nd I have received the message regarding delivery person name and contact . i have also contacted Delivery person and he told me due to some problem with delivery vehicle item will be delivered tommorow but today on 24th June when i have checked the status on jio app its showing My order is Returned. i have not received the item then how i have returned it. i have also contacted jiomart customer care and they are saying due to techincal issue item is returned and now suggesting to reorder the item. but if there is no issue from myside why should i reorder the item, jio Mart have to reattempt the delivery on next day. This is really disgusting behavior from jiomart customer care. why should i suffer for there technical issue.

I had bought white colour but recived different color and no one is helping me.

Yes they are completely useless and they didn't help me to resolve my complaint.

Enough of jokes made its freaking 6 days passed and there is no proper solution to my complaint.

I have delivered a television on 4th April 2022.But the technician has not yet arrived for installation service.

For 8 months, I'm unable to login into my jio Mart account through my registered phone number. I have complained several times but they do nothing! Reliance has started cashback on jio Mart after you recharge with this company but since i can't login into jio mart, my all cashback amount gets wasted! Seems this company just fooling their customers and making money through their fraudulence!

You are not giving me my refund. I am very disappointed give me my refund.

I ordered products from jiomart with order id 1. Is[protected]A, 2nd is[protected]A and 3rd is[protected]A. First two order id have missing products but they dont initiate any refund for that from last 25 days and for 3rd order i returned the product because of broken product received but for the same they dont initiate any refund. Even their customer care executive dont guide properly.
