Hi,
I recharged my friends mobile number through myjio app on 26th march.
Still he has not received the recharge, plan not activated. Recharged using upi option have receipt for it.
Recharge of rs. 599
Money deducted from bank 599
Plan not activated.

Money showing deducted from bank account and in my upi app.
Recharging through official app should not cause such kind of issues. Customer care number is always not connected. Seeking resolution for the same.
