.Im facing the same problem, On 11th of june 2019 My internet speed get reduced to 40- 8kbps even though i have 45.8gb high speed data left, My jio giga fibre modem is continously blinking red which indicates internet connection broken.I registered a complain for the issue on 11th of june 2019 same day when the problem started via [protected] but Haven't recieved any help, They told me soon within 24 hours a technician will visit but none of them has visited yet.Today at 9;00 am 13/06/2019 again i registered a complain about the same issue, the customer care guy told me my complain has open status and will take 24hours max for the issue to be solved which is a lie because they told me the same thing the first day I registered the complain.Its been three days without connection.Never thought the service of jio will be so pathetic.
