[Resolved]  Jio — Not refunding my money

Hi, Due to error at their website my post paid number got recharged when i was recharging my pre-paid number, recharge happened on [protected].
Jio is neither ready to transfer to the actual number nor adjusting to my post paid bill and saying my money is waste
