Jio — penalty charge

For delayed payment for even a day jio charges penalty of rs. 100. However if the payment is not done in a week the serice is disconnected. If the service is going to be disconnected then why jio charges 100/-. They should not charge any penalty and simply disconnect services and connect as when payment is made. They have their own policies and if enquired a standard reply comes that it is the companies policy. No other service provider does this.
Everytime a charge of rs 84 is applied as one time charge. What is this charge all about... No answer, no clarification given on the same. I am unhappy with the services provided by jio.
