Jio — recharge not successful... I am going to file a case

I had done mobile recharge on my jio no., on 6th december, 2019, at 22:10 worth ₹399. 2 times i had done the recharge via my jio app. The amount was deducted from my bank account, but the recharge did not reflect on my myjio account. On calling jiocare, i was told that i hadn't done any recharge, when in fact the amount got debited from my account.
Please resolve this matter as soon as possible.

The date was mistaken...its not 6th December 2019... It was on 5th December 2019
