Jio — recharge plans

Jio declare a statement jio to non jio calls are not working in regular plans 399.. On the date of 10.12.2019 but i do the recharge on my family member 26.11.2019 rc 399, 84 days validity. They stop out going calls to non jio numbers. Jio give the statement on 10.12.2019 rule will not applicable my family member. I use non jio do rechare before other operaters also launch non costumers rc plans are not working my networking proving out going calls i do recharge before the statement. Why jio is not follows
