We have recharged JIO Fiber router on 13/08/2022 but router is not working till date . We have call on customer care number of JIO services they always said, we are sending service engineer for router maintenance but till now no engineer has come and they are rescheduled appointment again and again on next day without any prior request or confimation. JIO will expire our recharge on next 13/09/2022 so in that condition from recharge date we have not used JIO fiber services so how we compensate those days when JIO service is not working.
