Dear sir / Madam
This is Visvanath P. I have been using jio sim around 4 years. I have mistakenly recharged my jio number [protected] to ₹1208(Date:07.03.2021 time:19.30). I have called jio customer care and requested to revoke my recharge(Service Request number SR00001486RY).Jio customer care did not refund or change the plan When I asked to revoke my recharge.
They told me that they do not have right to cancel my order. The service provided by jio is not acceptable. Moreover I am not a user to go with the same plan which I do not want. Jio did not allow me to choose another plan with the same cost.
I want to you rectify these kind of problems with telecom service providers. Now a days telecom service providers have enormous power over users. I request you to take strict action against them. If the problem persist, what will I do to solve it.
I do not know weather it is refundable or not. But I want strict action against them if they wrong. If the money I have recharged is refundable, why would not have they paid. Please make sure that the money i have spend on recharge is valuable to me.
I have received a call from jio on 16.03.2021 regarding Refund. They simply told that your problem will resolved in two days. They again register my complaint as service request number SR000014BH47. But nothing resolved yet. They simply sent me a text message that I have attached below. They said in that text message my problem was resolved. But the problem is still exist. Jio customer care doing the same thing again and again without solving the problem. Now I can not able to call customer care also. I think they blocked my number. They are ignoring the problem without giving solution.
Kindly request you to resolve my problem.
