Jio Reliance — network issue

I have jiofi2 router.in last 2 months i have facing problem regarding to the internet. Even signal is appear but we cannot access internet on phone or laptop. My jio no: [protected] and jio router imei no:[protected]

I also go to jio coustomer care sirsa (Haryana) 4-5 times, but no solution. I also contact care 14-15 times but no solution. Please help me. Router warrenty=2-3 month left. I m from sirsa (Haryana). I mainly problem in cdlu sirsa campus. All other router is working wll at the same time.
