I lost my sim card and got a new from jio store of my city, they said that the sim will be activated in 24 hours but its over 40 hours and my sim is not activated yet. My college registrations are started and for registration i need my registered mobile number to get otp, but due to this carelessness of jio, i am unable to do so. I tried calling the customer care many times but i dont get any response from them, they did not even pick up my call. What should i do now?
