I was recharging using Jio App with Recharge for a friend option. Entered fiends Jio number and continued with payment option after selecting the plan. Before entering the PIN screen, app took me to a error and asked to try again. I tried again and the recharge is success, but to my number. As already I have a plan, this recharge is queued. I tried to call customer complain and al the calls were unattended and instead sent a msg chat with AI which loops in asking repeated questions.
I have a freedom of choosing plan, but due to technical issue with Jio app, now they are forcing me to use the plan that I was not intended. Also Jio is not acting fair on consumer complains. Was this information helpful? |
