Jio — Validity Of 14 days alongwith Netflix and Amazon not given

I have recharged with Rs 2222 on 26 march 26 where 3 month+1 month of jio airfiber connection was given to me where unlimited wifi, OTT, TV channels, and unlimited calling through jio join app is given and alongwith this 7 days extra validity is provided but I haven't been given 7 days of extra validity as it's mentioned on website and when I again recharged on 24 july 26 I have received sms stating that 7 days extra validity is given in my recharge with 30 days free validity but despite the message and email received jio has not yet credited 14 days of extra validity on 2 recharges of mine and alongwith this they are also not providing amazon subscription netflix subscription and jio join app calling is disabled from jio itself I have sent multiple emails but response received is that they aren't giving 7 days extra validity in 2222 recharge. Please look into the same urgently and ask the company to compensate for the deficiency in providing less validity as mentioned in website and as received on sms and email alongwith delay in resolving it.
