Jio — vulgar talking and messaging

I am getting vulgar calls and messages from numbers; all from same person calling from different numbers. Numbers are [protected], [protected] and [protected]. I want some neccessary steps to be taken against this person and these numbers to be barred. Person is calling again and again me. I am in trouble and i do not want these type of calls.
