Ported to Jio postpaid 3 -4 days back([protected]) and since then i am not getting enough network signal in my area. This was intimated to them as service requests many time through their website. Till to date they have not taken any rectifaction measures to resolve the issues and i got a reply from customer care that my compalint had been registered and this will take 120 - 180 days to resolve.
I would say this is mere stupidity and request all general public to genuinely try network signal strength and internet speed prevailing before going for a JIO connection as once you are in JIO network and for any further issues you face will not be resolved in time.
