Hi,
I had placed an order from JioFab on 3/7/23, but the amount got debited and I did not get any order ID. I tried to contact the customer care number which is switched off and they don't reply on WhatsApp as well.
I also tried to contact their email id [protected]@jiofab.com, no reply there as well. All in all, they are not returning the money or sending the ordered item....

I placed an order of this with the SKU CODE JF304424.

I have bought a product (saree) through Jiofab. Money has been deducted but product has not been delivered till date. Since 25th February 2021, the status at the courier is "Out for delivery". It is 8th March and I am no longer convinced the product would be delivered. I had sent an email to Jiofab and courier services Xpressbees and haven't yet received a clear response.
