Hi,
I had placed an order from JioFab on 3/7/23, but the amount got debited and I did not get any order ID. I tried to contact the customer care number which is switched off and they don't reply on WhatsApp as well.
I also tried to contact their email id [protected]@jiofab.com, no reply there as well. All in all, they are not returning the money or sending the ordered item.

    I placed an order of this with the SKU CODE JF304424.
    I recently placed an order with https://www.jiofab.com/hot-pink-60-gm-georgette-suit-jf304424

    My order id is 29453 from Jio Fab with AWB [protected].

    I just received the order today.

    I would like to return the item as both the pants and kurti are extremely sheer. Firstly it is not advertised on the website anywhere that the fabric is so sheer. Else i wouldn't have ordered in the first place.

    And the stitching is uneven at the bottom. I live in a conservative place and I can't wear such clothes.

    I have attached the pics for reference which show that the fabric for both the kurti and the pants is very sheer and the stitching is uneven at the bottom on all sides. I was really looking forward to this and was really disappointed when I received the actual item.

    I didn't even know about your stupid return policy and your employees on my conversation with them never mentioned anywhere that if the product I receive has any damages that I would not be able to get a refund if I use any discount code provided to me by them. I have attached screenshot of my conversation with your team before the purchase.

    This was my first ever purchase with you guys and it was my hard earned money that I paid with. As a customer of I had all the information I would have never purchased the product in the first place.

    All I am asking is that they either provide me a replacement of the correct product or provide me with the refund.

    I have the item in packaging and would like to return it. I am someone who can't afford to waste the money I spent on this order when I can't use the item. It's like throwing my hard earned money in fire if I don't get a refund.

    It's my humble request to help me please get me a refund from JIOFAB guys.

    Hope you are doing well!!

    We are sorry that our product didn't mark to your expectation and if customers don't like the product, we gradually accept it for return or exchange if it is eligible under the return policy of our website.

    However, as per our return policy; any type of stitched clothing and special discount applied products are non-returnable and un-exchangeable.

    And the ordered product of the order number[protected], is also stitched clothing, and a discount code of FLAT10 is also applied on it, so it is non-eligible for any return or exchange on our website.

    In addition, the same product is delivered as the details mentioned in its description on our website and we have already mentioned in the description that the fabric of the product will be of georgette.

    Furthermore, the product in which size is not mentioned is in size XL and if customers don't find the mentioned size and have any doubt or query, they ask us at the time of address confirmation to our executive.

    However, the customer with the mentioned order, neither asked for size nor fabric at the time of address confirmation.

      I placed order but product is not delivered. Order no.[protected] Helpline No. [protected] noone picks up the call. Seems like Fake site, i will complaint to cyber cell.

        Jio fab provids worst quality product, the image what they show and lied me saying jf branded will will good quality but when I received was very low quality, when I mailed to refund money to they said to check description, after I read I come to know they have played a tricky game, how ever jiofab mentioned banarsi silk blouse, but given in me plastic material, when I argued in the mail, without verification they replyed me, same has been received, I am cheated buy jio fab, however I became victim and lost my money, but I don't want other people to get cheated just like me, I request please do something where jio fsb get blocked from Google

          I have bought a product (saree) through Jiofab. Money has been deducted but product has not been delivered till date. Since 25th February 2021, the status at the courier is "Out for delivery". It is 8th March and I am no longer convinced the product would be delivered. I had sent an email to Jiofab and courier services Xpressbees and haven't yet received a clear response.

          As I customer. I find am being misguided and provided with misinformation. I need to file a complaint regarding the same. Please find the status of the courier as an attachment.

              I tried ordering a saree from jiofab on 13th may 2020. Due to some technical issues the order was not created but the amount is deducted from my account. I tried reaching out to the customer care but not getting any response from them. No reply for my email and the customer care number is switched off since couple of days ago. The customer care number is reachable sometimes but the person is not picking the call. The very next minute the number is switched off. Please help me get the refund or the product
