Jiofab — Order not created but the amount is deducted | |||||
I tried ordering a saree from jiofab on 13th may 2020. Due to some technical issues the order was not created but the amount is deducted from my account. I tried reaching out to the customer care but not getting any response from them. No reply for my email and the customer care number is switched off since couple of days ago. The customer care number is reachable sometimes but the person is not picking the call. The very next minute the number is switched off.
