On 2nd October 2022 I placed 2 orders through the JioMart App. 1st Order confirmed without any issue and the 2nd order payment debited from my account and the order not confirmed. Then I contacted customer care regarding this and registered a complaint. Complaint ID: [protected], As per the instruction from customer care I just placed the 2nd order as Cash On Delivery. Till now the amount has not been refunded to my account. Please do the needful as early as possible.Transaction Details as follows:
