Until February 2026, JioMart working was satisfactory. Since the launch of the New JioMart App in March 2026, several problems are being faced by the customers.
1. The newly launched JioMart App is faulty. Pictures of products displayed do not match the description. Wrong items are delivered to customers.
2. The New App does not have any option or provision for raising a new Request for complaints. How are customers supposed...

I have ordered in Jiomart on June 16th 2026 with the order id JM6A3139AF012F12E1DC and also paid the amount rs.421.60. I have been waiting for my order since yesterday. I could not cancel as the app shows failed to cancel and the order is not received. I cannot initiate refund....

Sir,
1. This complaint is regarding two orders with order id JM69E7D609018BD6640C and JM69E7A51601C8FA316D.
2. I initiated return and pickup on 25APR26 and 26APR26 for the orders.
3. Pickup is still pending till date after several calls to customer care.
4. Customer care gives hope every time that pick up will be done in 4-5 days. and more than 45 days passed.
5. Such thing never happened in any e-commerce...

On 23rd may at 1:22pm afternoon, I had placed an order on jiomart, it should be arrived before 1:52pm. But it got delivered at 2:40pm around.

The products I had ordered were supposed to be delivered on 16 May 2026, 1:45 pm, but it is the day after now, and the order has not been delivered, nor has it been cancelled, nor can I cancel it; it shows failed to cancel. I tried talking in the chat box with the customer care; they had created a ticket, but have not responded in the app. They did not receive the customer care call either.

I purchased Haldiram Motichoor Laddoos on 12th May, and the order was delivered to me. However, the package felt unusually light. When I opened it, I found that the box was completely empty.
The order amount was only ?205, so the money is not the main concern here. What is truly disappointing is that such a fraudulent incident happened with a reputed brand like Haldiram.

Order ID- JM69EF[protected]A784C has been suddenly cancelled without my consent. Today morning at around 8-15 am delivery boy called but due to unavoidable circumstances, could not receive the call, but within few minutes, conversation was made with delivery boy. In between conversation, the boy rudely behaved with questions :"why didn't receive the call ?" and said, "I am going to cancel the order". And after few minutes, my order was cancelled....

Today at 06:35 PM I ordered a "Kwality Wall's Slow Churned Alphonso Mango Ice Cream 700 ml" but its more than 2 hours it was not delivered. When 1 hour passed and the order was not delivered I contacted their customer service people they said your order should be delivered in 10-30 min as it is not delivered we will try to deliver it within 30 mins but it is more than 2 hours and the order is not delivered and now I'm calling to their customer...

I bought Audio Array AM-S1 speakers.
They were faulty.
While the online seller is only point of purchase the warranty is covered by Audio Array - Cambium Retail private limited.

They did not provide proper support. They just fooled around.
Do not buy audio array products.
They are cheap quality made in china and duplicate products.
They buy from Chinese small companies who make duplicate...

On 05-Nov, 2025, I purchased 1000/- Jio Mart Gift voucher from CRED to be utilized for purchase on Jio Mart. I redeemed the gift card for the purchase of 220/- cart value. The balance of 780/- didnot show up in my Gift Card balance, then I navigated through app to find the reason and then switched back to CRED and gone through the Terms & Conditions. The condition is that Gift card should be redeemed at once not multiple times. It was Crazy...
