I purchased aJiomart Gift card from Amazon of 1000 rs. Then I bought 330rs product from jiomart app on 20th march through that gift card. I should have 670rs left on my gift card. Today at 06:35 PM I ordered a "Kwality Wall's Slow Churned Alphonso Mango Ice Cream 700 ml" but its more than 2 hours it was not delivered. When 1 hour passed and the order was not delivered I contacted their customer service people they said your order should be delivered in 10-30 min as it is not delivered we will try to deliver it within 30 mins but it is more than 2 hours and the order is not delivered and now I'm calling to their customer...

I bought Audio Array AM-S1 speakers.
They were faulty.
While the online seller is only point of purchase the warranty is covered by Audio Array - Cambium Retail private limited.

They did not provide proper support. They just fooled around.
Do not buy audio array products.
They are cheap quality made in china and duplicate products.
They buy from Chinese small companies who make duplicate...

On 05-Nov, 2025, I purchased 1000/- Jio Mart Gift voucher from CRED to be utilized for purchase on Jio Mart. I redeemed the gift card for the purchase of 220/- cart value. The balance of 780/- didnot show up in my Gift Card balance, then I navigated through app to find the reason and then switched back to CRED and gone through the Terms & Conditions. The condition is that Gift card should be redeemed at once not multiple times. It was Crazy...

I bought Voltas Beko semi automatic washing machine having 5 years warranty on both motors in sept 2023. The money was deducted but the order did not get placed as all the items are still showing in the cart. I waited for two days as the refund sometimes takes 48 hours.
