[Resolved]  Jiomart — Every Day Delivery Date is getting extended by 1 Day

Order placed for Groceries on 25th Jul and Delivery Date given was 27th Delivery. After that, every day delivery date is getting extended by 1 Day without any communication. Complained multiple times to Customer Support over phone/mail and no proper response. Escalated to Customer Support Head ([protected]@jiomart.com) on 01-Aug and was communicated resolution in 3-5 days. No Delivery and No response even after expiry of timelines given by Jiomart. Pathetic situation you are not allowed to Cancel the Order. Highly unprofessional and unethical business practice without any proper customer support process.
