Jiomart — Bogus customer care JIOMART/REFUND not issued more than a year | |||||
During early lockdown July 2020, i have created 2 prepaid JIOMART online grocery order. Refund initiated but still now REFUND was not issued to me. I have sent enormous mail to [protected]@jiomart.com and meet store manager so many times, but all in vein. Manager directed to customer care & customer care not respond.. They just make the process round and round and harassed the people. Not only so manager just giving stupid reply for excuse that no database maintained more than 6 months...
