I have ordered 3 BPL fans from Jiomart on 8th Feb. On 20th Feb I have installed all three fans but one was not working as it was defective. I tried to complaint via toll free number given on BPL fan warranty card but that is not connecting. Then same day I sent an email to BPL customer care email, on 21st Feb they replied and asked me for bill copy, quickly i replied with pdf file of bill copy. Then after multiple chaser they created complaint I'd on 26th and tat was for 48 hours which is already completed. Till today I have no response from them.
On 21st Feb i also raised the same issue with Jiomart customer care and they created the ticket but till now i have not received any resolution even after taking daily follow up.
After few days second fan also started irritating noises. Jiomart/Reliance selling their product but they are not bother to provide service.
