I placed order number[protected]A. The order was executed on 31st Aug, 2020. The grocery worth Rs. 5830 was delivered in 5 sealed packets at my residence.
There was no way to check the packets at the time of delivery therefore I made full payment in cash.
On opening the packets, I noticed that 7 items were not delivered. The value of this works out to around Rs. 1700/-
I immediately brought this to the notice of the company on their phone as well as at [protected]@jiomart.com
It seems they do not even read the complaint and give standard replies that are completely irrelevant to the subject.
They initially assured that the amount would be refunded but there is no sign of amount being refunded. I kept following with them over phone but they keep making false promises. Was this information helpful? |
