I filed complaint on 4th July and till date there is no response to my concern. Bad quality of bucket has been delivered with scratches and broken edges. I had filed complaint and even called customer care several times but no one is giving resolution. They told me to wait till 7th July for response but still no one has bothered. Even socila media team of jiomart is giving standard replies that someone will revert but again no revert. i have also emailed cs head but no reply from them as well.
