I had placed above order for cartridges (tricolour and black, No.803
for hp deskjet printer 2132) online and paid Rs.1498/- on delivery on 24 April 2023 but when opened, these were found defective, incompatible and duplicate and did not give any print. The complaint was raised on 27 April through Ticket No.[protected]
through email at [protected]@jiomart.com where I was told that nothing can be
done as I had surpassed the limit of 2 days return policy.
In this regard I want to reiterate that my complaint was not about
return because this was not a product like fabric which can be
examined visually for defects. In this case the product was first used in printer and was examined by service engineer who attended after 2 days. Once he informed that the product was defective, the complaint was raised. Jio Mart is not resolving the complaint further for refund Was this information helpful? |
