I had order MacBook Air 2022 model on 24th December. It was supposed to be delivered on 25th December but so far it has not been. I have contacted their customer support via Chat, Call, email and Twitter multiple times but they have no clue where the parcel is and when it can deliver. They keep on changing the delivery date to next day from 25th to 26th, then 27th, 28th, 29th and now 30th Dec. They have not sent single communication to me about order status. I had raised complaints ([protected], [protected]) but no success.
I had even requested them to cancel my order and refund the money, but they declined saying since status is "Shipped" they can't cancel it. So, I am stuck in between, as they can't cancel the order, neither they can deliver the item on committed dates. I do have all chat conversations, call recordings, screenshots as evidence. Grateful if you could provide some help to get this addressed asap:
Resolution: Either they deliver the item in good and genuine condition in next 2-3 days or cancel the item and refund my money back. Was this information helpful? |
