Jiomart — Delay in Order deliver by 10 days and poor customer service | |||
My Order number[protected]A, shipment id[protected]J I am following with your customer service since 20th Aug and earlier regarding delivery of my prepaid order. But I have been only asked to wait for 48hrs so that the so called concern team may check and update me. But due to an unknown reason or may be due to poor customer service at JIOMART, they are not able to deliver my order even after 10 days of waiting. Upon calling for the enquiry of the order tracking, there Sr. team is also not able to trace order and are asking me wait for another 48 hrs so that Concern team will check and revert to me. I have been waiting for over 10 days and these so called concern team is unable to provide solution nor able to update me what is the issue causing this delay. I have been mentally harassed by their customer representatives due to the incompetency of providing update and repeatedly asking me to wait even when I have requested to just update me on issue causing the delay which they dont have access too nor able to do their efforts to understand the issue Was this information helpful? | |||
