Hi,

Please find attached the screenshot of your rotten/damaged/expired one coconut which you delivered to me yesterday. I ordered two pieces out of which you only delivered one and that too a rotten one.

UNHAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICES AND INFERIOR QUALITY PRODUCT!

It's also worth mentioning again here that you have NOT delivered 3 items on this order.
1. Paneer
2. Coconut (now it becomes 2 as ordered - 1 damaged and 1 not delivered)
3. Tomato

Please compensate adequately and initiate refund and/or arrange to deliver them and delight your customer with compensation or otherwise in order to regain the trust.

Dear Sir/Madam, Please clarify specifically. Originally vide above order number, 2 coconuts were ordered on August 19, 2021. Prices of which were Rs.20/- each. You could only deliver one coconut to me, which too was later was found to be damaged/rotten/expired. On August 22, 2021 with screenshots, I mailed you (Original ticket number was Ticket No:[protected] dated 22nd August and later again as per your customer care executive’s advice, re-complained with Ticket No:[protected], but NO REFUND AS OF DATE HAS BEEN MADE. You have only REFUNDED Rs.113.46/- for the items not being delivered to me which does NOT Rs.20/- DAMAGED coconut. Please let me know what is you stand on REFUNDING THE DAMAGED COCONUT amount, which is Rs.20/- which you have NOT made so far to me. Still no REFUND MADE to me by JioMart. No reply back . No resolution provided as promised by September 3, 2021.

Called customer care, and is being told refund initiated, but not reflecting. When asked why, i am told to wait for another 7 days that is September 10, 2021

What is this happening with JioMart? Please let me know...

TODAY IS SEPTEMBER 11, 2021. COMPLAINT RAISED WITH SCREEN SHOT ON AUGUST 22, 2021, Ticket No: [protected] ARISING OUT OF Order No.:[protected]M dated August 19 2021

As of date, NO REFUND made OR INITIATED.

ALMOST GOING TO BE ONE MONTH NOW.

CALLED FOR HELP JIOMART CUSTOMER CARE at[protected] but to no avail.

None from JioMart even felt necessary to inform/contact or message me about the resolution as mentioned in their mail. Failed their deadline for their resolution by September 3rd, 2021. Very unfortunate!!

PLEASE TAKE STEPS SO THAT TENS AND THOUSANDS OF INNOCENT PEOPLE ARE NOT CHEATED IN THE NAME OF ONLINE SHOPPING

JIOMART HAS RAISED A COMPLAINT SUO MOTO DISCARDING MY ORIGINAL COMPLAINT, BUT STILL NO REFUND RECEIVED TO DATE SEPTEMBER 11, 2021.

On Calling customer Care service of JioMart, I have been told by Ms. Mandeep Kaur that my earlier ticket numbers have been closed, but nobody informed or contacted me in spite of several followup calls/mails to JioMart by me and nobody bothered to inform me about the decision of their closing tickets without any resolution, which is arbitrary.

Therefore, when I explained to her in detail again about what possibly went wrong at JioMart's end, Ms. Mandeep Kaur raised another fresh complaint arising out of the above-mentioned order concerning expired coconut delivered to me and my complaint raised on August 22, 201 with screenshots.

The NEW COMPLAINT NUMBER she shared with me is [protected] dated September 12, 2021 and assured me it will be done this time as she verbalised understanding of the issue.

Today, I spoke again to the escalation team staff, Ms Shabnam, she also verbalised understanding of the issue in question and assure me that she would escalate with the concerned refund determining team and give me a call back with the resolution.

STILL THE REFUND HAS NOT BEEN CREDITED... WHY??

Arbitrarily opening complaint ticket number when called customer service of JioMart and ARBITRARILY CLOSING the ticket number WITHOUT INFORMING THE CONCERNED CUSTOMER ABOUT THE RESOLUTION...

Today when I called customer care service, I have been told that the ticked # [protected] dated September 12, 2021 raised by Ms. Mandeep Kaur(customer care associate JioMart) has been closed, but I was not intimated about the resolution/reason before closing the ticket and again another ticket has been raised yesterday September 14, 2021 and I have asked to wait for another 24-48 hours for the resolution from the back-end team/concern person. This kind of statement I have been hearing since August 22, 2021 when I first raised my original complaint through mail with screenshot of the damaged/expired coconut delivered to me on August 21, 2021. It is going to be one month now without any REFUND.

HOW FUNNY IS JIOMART!!

PLEASE BE AWARE OF SUCH HAPPENINGS.

JIOMART HAS STARTED CHEATING PEOPLE BY NOT GIVING REFUNDS OF THE DAMAGED/EXPIRED PRODUCT THAT THEY SUPPLY AFTER EXPLAINING IN DETAILS THE ISSUE WITH SCREENSHOT...!!

Even I got a call from number [protected] and when I picked the call, I am informed that he is calling from JioMart and when I was about to start, he disconnected the call. Tried to call back, but to no avail.

This they do just to SAVE THEIR SKIN just to guard ADVERSITY/cumbersome situation in future and to KEEP A RECORD THAT THE CUSTOMER IS NOT PICKING UP THE CALL .

Again called customer care service of JioMart TODAY at around 11:57 a.m. to know that STATUS of my REFUND.
I have been told by customer care associate, Rahul, that again he has raised another flag/complaint from his end SHARING my screenshot WITH IT of the damaged/expired coconut from my original complaint raised on August 22, 2021.
The ticked/docket numbers raised on 12th september by Ms. Mandeep Kaur and subsequently on September 14, 2021 by Ms. Shabnam were ARBITRARILY CLOSED by the BACK-END team WITHOUT intimating or informing the CONCERNED customer about the resolution they have determined. If REFUND process has been initiated, WHY SMS was not sent to the customer INTIMATING him about it and SEE OR MADE SURE IF the AMOUNT HAS BEEN CREDITED to the BONA FIDE customer's account / wallet BEFORE CLOSING the ticket. These things also proves there is NONE TO MONITOR THE CALL OR ISSUE AS THEY CLAIM.
NOT at all ACCEPTABLE ...
THIS PROVES HOW IRRESPONSIBLE JIOMART IS !!
