Jiomart — Extremely delayed delivery with zero reasons, updates and accountability

Ordered an iPad Pro on 21st April, 2023. Expected date of delivery was 25th April, 2023.
On 24th April, expected date of delivery was changed automatically to 26th.
On 26th April night, date of delivery was again automatically changed to 27th.
NO REASONS WERE PROVIDED FOR THE DELAY.
Please note, we have been doing constant follow-ups (upto 10 times a day and more) with all the POCs (jiomart cutomer care, jiomart chat support, emails, hundreds of calls per day and even contacting nearest Jio stores and centres)

Chat support and call executives have repeatedly denied access to Courier name, Tracking ID and any information whatsoever relating to the whereabouts of my order. Chat support executives are copy pasting bot messages over and over again and too eager to end the conversation, marking it as 'resolved'. JioMart is basically unreachable withholding vital information of an order I already paid for (which is now technically mine) and denying any sort of responsibility or accountability for this unacceptable mishap. This is an 80, 000 INR order and I must say, they have some balls to ignore my repeated requests, queries, and calls.

The ' Raise a Ticket' section on JioMart section does not work- meaning I cannot raise a complaint ticket.

THERE IS NO 'CANCEL' BUTTON on JioMart's page which is not even letting me cancel this order.

This leaves me with call support only- whom I have called repeatedly and who have just given me false promises that my order will be delivered to me without fail by 9pm, on 25th April. (It already shows 27th April on my app). They repeatedly lie about the fact that 'their system shows 25th April as delivery date". They refuse to provide me Shipping Details, Courier name and tracking ID of a shipment which is technically already mine.

In short, THERE IS NO SUPPORT WHATSOEVER FOR END USERS AND CUSTOMERS AND THEY STILL HAVE THE GUTS TO SELL EXPENSIVE HIGH END PRODUCTS on their website.

This is plain robbery behaviour- I feel like I'm the victim of a big scam playing here who just gave away her hard earned money to JioMart for free.

This is not a simple grocery order that can be treated casually. I trusted Jiomart with buying an extremely expensive electronic equipment and expected such a giant company to at least have their logistics and customer support in place.

Their customer support both chat and call, are a BIG JOKE.

Nobody calls back, nobody is bothered that I have bought a product worth 80, 000 from them and don't have any knowledge as to its whereabouts.

SICK AND TIRED OF THIS INCOMPETENT BEHAVIOUR AND CALLOUSNESS IN TREATING THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Absolutely no support whatsoever from their alleged courier service Ecom Express as well. No SMS alerts as to live tracking, no working phone numbers, no support centres and no learned and knowledgeable employees who care. Theft and robbery and complete disregard after the item has been bought and prepaid.
