I had ordered Palm jaggery Qty 2 Kg from Jio mart for Rs. 772/-. Details are as follows:

One packet was delivered on 13 Mar 23. I realised on 18 March that the Qty of the item supplied was only 1 Kg. The matter was immediately taken up with the Jio helpline. The customer care executive bluntly told that as per company policy, they cannot refund after 2 days. I explained him that the window of 2 days is short and that I can substantiate my claim by uploading the photos of the invoice and the packet (clearly marked as 1 Kg). He told it is company policy and nothing can be done.
Subsequently, I send and email along with photographs of the invoice and the packet to the customer care, through the jiomart app and through their twitter handle. Each time they were harping about the COMPANY POLICY rather than seeing it from the CUSTOMER POINT OF VIEW. Jiomart is insensitive to the customers issue unlike other online portals that gives foremost priority to customer issues. I am using this portal to bring awareness and to forewarn potential customers so that they are not taken for a ride by Jiomart. Please avoid buying from Jiomart. There are many other portals which are more customer friendly.
