Iphone 12 Purple 128GB variant was ordered by me on 15th October 2022. I paid Rupees 47779/- by Credit card EMI of 6 months. Delivery date was promised as 17th October 2022 but JIOMART is daily changing the delivery date and extending it by one day without notifying me. They have changed the date 3 times by now. I called customer care several times but they are very rude and they do not answer my questions. I want to travel out of town with family tomorrow but because of Non-delivery I have to stay back and cancel travel plans. Iphone 12 purple 128 GB is still in stock on JIOMART so there is no excuse of not delivering my order.
please get this delivered by today or share the exact delivery date as well as reason for not delivering my product Otherwise I am going to report it to International media like USA, UK etc. Was this information helpful? |
