The jiomart delivery executive omkar korday was going to deliver my prepaid product on 10th december i tried to call him but he didn't pickup the call and on 11th december when i check the delivery status it was showing the product was delivered on 11th december 6:30am which was not done. Then i complain in jiomart customer service but the close the complain without informing me, saying that the delivery team confirm that product was delivered. Omkar korday also pretended to be customer executive and was asking for the otp on 11th december on 2:29 from a different phone no. Please solve the problem. I'll also send the screenshot of the message i sent to delivery executive.
