I placed an order on 25th Jan, and the estimated delivery date was 3rd February. It is showing shipped in the app on 3rd Feb. And today is 9th Feb and I still today I have not received the product.
I even called Jo Mart's customer care, but they didn't provide a proper response or update about the order. They say that they'll take your complaint and within 24-48 hours it will get resolved, but it has been more than 14 days since I placed the order. Customer care executives are being very irresponsible they don't even know the status of the order, they say that you need to wait, and you'll get your order as soon as possible. There is no accurate information on why the order is getting delayed. Despite calling them to 5-7 times, I'm totally fed up with their response. Kindly look into this matter and resolve it at the earliest.
