I placed an order on 24th Dec of Smartphone (OnePlus 9) worth Rs.33, 999, the estimated delivery date was 29th December. When I checked their app on 29th Dec. the delivery date changed to 30th December, again when I checked on 30th Dec delivery date changed to 31st Dec, again when I checked on 31st Dec delivery date changed to 2nd Jan, and again when I checked on 2nd Jan delivery date changed to 3rdJan, and today 3rdJan it is showing delvery date on 4th Jan.
I even called Jo Mart's customer care, they don't provide proper response or update about the order. They say that they'll take your complaint and within 24-48 hours it will get resolved, but it has been more than 10 days since I placed the order.
Customer care executives are being very irresponsible they don't even know the status of the order, also they don't have tracking details they say that you need to wait, you'll get your order as soon as possible. There is no proper information on why the order is getting delayed.
And when i asked for refund their reply was the product is shipped so it won't get cancelled/refund.
Despite calling them for 5-7 times, I'm really totally fed up by their response. Kindly look into this matter and resolve at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
