I am writing to bring to your attention an issue that I have faced while making a purchase on your App. I recently attempted to place an order on your app and made a payment of 201 on 10 April 2023 through my upi. However, despite the payment being successful, my order was not placed.
I have checked my account, and the payment has been debited from my account. I am concerned about this issue and would like to request your assistance in resolving it. I would like to know the reason behind the failure of my order placement and request that my payment be refunded to my account as soon as possible.
I have attached a screenshot of the payment confirmation page for your reference. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and provide me with an update as soon as possible.
