Jiomart — Money debited ,order not placed ,refund not received

Ordered few products from jio mart on april 10th payment got debited but order was not placed
Contacted twid customer care support through email but they were asking me to wait they were not responding
Its been 15days and they asked me to wait for 5-7days there is no customer care number to call
Please do needful
