Hi,
On 7th dec, I tried to place an order from jiomart app from my mom's ID ([protected] mob) as I do regularly. I made the payment of INR 1764 from my own net banking which got debited but my order is not placed. I have still not received the refund and customer care is not giving satisfactory response except saying that order was not placed due to technical glitche.
Pls initiate my refund at the earliest. I have attached the proof of payment for reference.
